Roselle (DuPage County) home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Roselle in DuPage County rose by $41,000 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $253,000 - a 19.3% increase over the $212,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in Roselle in the second quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Roselle for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,881, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2019.
