Oakbrook Terrace home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Oakbrook Terrace rose by $70,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 35% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Oakbrook Terrace in the second quarter of 2018, as well.
