Darien home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Darien rose by $5,500 while total sales increased by 29.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 92 homes sold, with a median sale price of $272,500 - a 2.1% increase over the $267,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Darien in the second quarter of 2018.
