Medinah home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Medinah rose by $77,000 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $328,500 - a 30.6% increase over the $251,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Medinah in the second quarter of 2018.
