Naperville (DuPage County) home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Naperville in DuPage County rose by $3,500 while total sales decreased by 23.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 330 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,500 - a 1% increase over the $357,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 433 homes sold in Naperville in the second quarter of 2018.
