Glen Ellyn home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Glen Ellyn fell by $18,500 while total sales increased by 1.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 124 homes sold, with a median sale price of $371,500 - a 4.7% decrease over the $390,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 122 homes sold in Glen Ellyn in the second quarter of 2018.
