Burr Ridge (DuPage County) home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Burr Ridge in DuPage County rose by $147,500 while total sales increased by 4.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $700,000 - a 26.7% increase over the $552,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Burr Ridge in the second quarter of 2018.
