Oak Brook (DuPage County) home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Oak Brook in DuPage County rose by $182,500 while total sales decreased by 53.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $750,000 - a 32.2% increase over the $567,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Oak Brook in the second quarter of 2018.
