Hanover Park (DuPage County) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Hanover Park in DuPage County rose by $30,250 while total sales increased by 58.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $188,000 - a 19.2% increase over the $157,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Hanover Park in the first quarter of 2018.
