Aurora (DuPage County) home prices fall in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Aurora in DuPage County fell by $19,000 while total sales decreased by 43.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 70 homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,000 - a 7.9% decrease over the $242,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 124 homes sold in Aurora in June 2018.
