Aurora (DuPage County) home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Aurora in DuPage County rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 1.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 18.2% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Aurora in May 2018.
