Wheaton home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Wheaton fell by $2,500 while total sales increased by 4.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,500 - a 0.8% decrease over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Wheaton in May 2018.
