Naperville (DuPage County) home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Naperville in DuPage County rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 1.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 110 homes sold, with a median sale price of $337,500 - a 2.3% increase over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 112 homes sold in Naperville in May 2018.
