Clarendon Hills home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Clarendon Hills fell by $229,500 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 38% decrease over the $604,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Clarendon Hills in May 2018.

The median sales tax in Clarendon Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $8,766, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for May 2019.
