Addison home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Addison fell by $12,500 while total sales decreased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,500 - a 5.6% decrease over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Addison in March 2018.

The median sales tax in Addison for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,238, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
