Lombard home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Lombard rose by $33,000 while total sales increased by 90.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $258,000 - a 14.7% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Lombard in March 2018.

The median sales tax in Lombard for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,641, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
