D.Accept Public Works and Infrastructure Committee recommendation and pass resolution R2019-40, approving a professional services agreement with Engineering Enterprises Inc. for the completion of Phase Two of the infiltration and inflow investigation of the West 3 Basin in an amount of $55,258, and authorizing the City Administrator to execute the proposal
E.Accept Public Works and Infrastructure Committee recommendation and adopt the Accident Investigations and Employee Safety Training and Education polices, effective immediately
F.Accept Mayor Brummel’s recommendation and approve the appointment of Elizabeth Chapman to the Zoning Board of Appeals and the reappointment to the Plan Commission as a Ward 1 representative for a term set to expire on November 16, 2020
G.Accept Mayor Brummel’s recommendation and approve the appointment of Jessica Tullier as a Ward 2 representative member of the Plan Commission for a term set to expire on August 19, 2024
