a) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION AND ZONING VARIATIONS FOR THE PROPERTY AT 1821-1831 W. ARMITAGE AVENUE

At their meeting on May 28th, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves a plat of resubdivision and zoning variations for the property at 1821-1831 W. Armitage Avenue. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

b) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION FOR THE PROPERTY AT 605-625 N. SWIFT ROAD

At their meeting on May 28th, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves a plat of resubdivision for the property at 605-625 N. Swift Road. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

c) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN ANNEXATION AGREEMENT WITH ZONING FOR NOTI PROPERTIES REGARDING THE PROPERTY AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SWIFT ROAD AND LAKE STREET

At their meeting on May 28th, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves an annexation agreement with zoning for Noti Properties regarding the property at the southeast corner of Swift Road and Lake Street. The Committee recommended approval and waiver of second reading has been requested by Staff. The Attorney is asked to read the Ordinance.

d) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY TO THE VILLAGE FOR NOTI PROPERTIES AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SWIFT ROAD AND LAKE STREET

At their meeting on May 28th, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which annexes certain territory to the Village for Noti Properties at the southeast corner of Swift Road and Lake Street. The Committee recommended approval and waiver of second reading has been requested by Staff. The Attorney is asked to read the Ordinance.

e) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE ZONING PROPERTY AND APPROVING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT FOR NOTI PROPERTIES

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which prohibits Sweepstakes Machines in the Village. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

h) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF SECTION 11-93.1 OF CHAPTER 11, ARTICLE VI OF THE ADDISON VILLAGE CODE REGARDING THE PRESUMPTION OF A VEHICLE OWNER’S LIABILITY

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which amends certain provisions of Section 11-93.1 of Chapter 11, Article VI of the Village Code regarding the presumption of a vehicle owner’s liability. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

i) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON CODE REGARDING THE MINIMUM AGE TO SELL, PURCHASE, OR POSSESS SMOKING MATERIALS

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which amends Chapter 13 of the Village Code regarding the minimum age to sell, purchase, or possess smoking materials. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

j) CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE CONTINUATION OF ADDISON CONSOLIDATED DISPATCH CENTER SERVICE FOR THE GLENDALE HEIGHTS POLICE DEPARTMENT

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Resolution, which approves the continuation of Addison Consolidated Dispatch Center Service for the Glendale Heights Police Department. The Committee recommended approval and the Attorney is asked to read the Resolution.
