The following actions were taken on April 9 in the House on House bill HR255 ("affordable housing-investment"): "Added Co-Sponsor Rep. Nicholas K. Smith", "Added Co-Sponsor Rep. Sara Feigenholtz" and "Assigned to Appropriations-Capital Committee".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Will Guzzardi (D-39) on April 3, "urges an investment of $1 billion by the State for affordable housing to be included in the next capital budget," according to the General Assembly website.
