The following actions were taken on April 12 in the House on House bill HB2003 ("$court of claims-tech"): "Held on Calendar Order of Second Reading - Short Debate" and "Second Reading - Short Debate".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Jim Durkin (R-82) on Feb. 1, "appropriates $2 from the General Revenue Fund to the Court of Claims for its FY20 ordinary and contingent expenses" and "effective July 1, 2019," according to the General Assembly website.
