Dupage City home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Dupage City fell by $146,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,500 - a 56.7% decrease over the $257,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Dupage City in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Dupage City for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,327, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
