Wheaton home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Wheaton fell by $42,000 while total sales decreased by 14.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $303,000 - a 12.2% decrease over the $345,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Wheaton in February 2018.
