Rep. Wehrli honors Naperville leader at House

Springfield capitol dome statue

Naperville native Whitney Robbins was recently in Springfield for a brunch celebration honoring her years of service in the community.

Welcomed by Illinois State Rep. Grant Wehrli (R-Naperville) on April 9, the mother of three was one of 60 women across the state being recognized for their contributions as emerging female leaders.

Wehrli is also a lifelong resident of Naperville who served as a city councilman before becoming a state representative. He has served in Springfield since 2014 and was tabbed last year for the role of Assistant Minority Leader as part of a nine-member House GOP leadership team.
