Roselle (DuPage County) home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Roselle in DuPage County fell by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 25.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 246 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 4.3% decrease over the $235,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 331 homes sold in Roselle in 2017.

The median sales tax in Roselle for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,881, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for 2018.
