Lombard home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Lombard rose by $6,795 while total sales decreased by 27%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 559 homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,795 - a 2.9% increase over the $233,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 766 homes sold in Lombard in 2017.
