Naperville (DuPage County) home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Naperville in DuPage County rose by $19,000 while total sales decreased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 1,440 homes sold, with a median sale price of $349,000 - a 5.8% increase over the $330,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 1,711 homes sold in Naperville in 2017.
