Winfield home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Winfield rose by $10,500 while total sales increased by 20.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 135 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 3.5% increase over the $299,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 112 homes sold in Winfield in 2016.
