Hanover Park (DuPage County) home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Hanover Park in DuPage County fell by $1,000 while total sales decreased by 21%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 113 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 0.6% decrease over the $181,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 143 homes sold in Hanover Park in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Hanover Park for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,334, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
