Bensenville (DuPage County) home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Bensenville in DuPage County fell by $25,500 while total sales increased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 96 homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,500 - a 11.7% decrease over the $218,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 90 homes sold in Bensenville in the second half of 2017.
