Glenbard South home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Glenbard South fell by $17,500 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 5.2% decrease over the $337,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Glenbard South in the second half of 2017.
