Naperville (Will County) home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Naperville in Will County rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 2.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 343 homes sold, with a median sale price of $435,000 - a 4.8% increase over the $415,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 352 homes sold in Naperville in the first half of 2017.
