Lombard home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Lombard rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 152 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 6.7% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 158 homes sold in Lombard in the fourth quarter of 2017.
