Bensenville (DuPage County) home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Bensenville in DuPage County fell by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 6.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 7.9% decrease over the $228,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Bensenville in the third quarter of 2017.
