Roselle (DuPage County) home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Roselle in DuPage County fell by $33,000 while total sales decreased by 38.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 12.8% decrease over the $258,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 102 homes sold in Roselle in the third quarter of 2017.
