Lombard home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Lombard fell by $1,250 while total sales decreased by 20.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 193 homes sold, with a median sale price of $241,000 - a 0.5% decrease over the $242,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 242 homes sold in Lombard in the third quarter of 2017.
