Aurora (DuPage County) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Aurora in DuPage County rose by $19,790 while total sales decreased by 19.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 285 homes sold, with a median sale price of $244,000 - a 8.8% increase over the $224,210 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 354 homes sold in Aurora in the third quarter of 2017.
