Woodridge (DuPage County) home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Woodridge in DuPage County fell by $9,500 while total sales decreased by 28.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 102 homes sold, with a median sale price of $247,500 - a 3.7% decrease over the $257,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 143 homes sold in Woodridge in the third quarter of 2017.
