Bloomingdale home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Bloomingdale fell by $3,500 while total sales decreased by 16.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 99 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 1.3% decrease over the $268,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 118 homes sold in Bloomingdale in the third quarter of 2017.
