Winfield home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Winfield fell by $38,500 while total sales decreased by 45.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $276,500 - a 12.2% decrease over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Winfield in the third quarter of 2017.
