Naperville (DuPage County) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Naperville in DuPage County rose by $18,750 while total sales decreased by 24.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 392 homes sold, with a median sale price of $353,750 - a 5.6% increase over the $335,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 522 homes sold in Naperville in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Naperville for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $7,529.20, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
