Burr Ridge (DuPage County) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Burr Ridge in DuPage County rose by $86,250 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $687,500 - a 14.3% increase over the $601,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Burr Ridge in the third quarter of 2017.
