Hinsdale (DuPage County) home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Hinsdale in DuPage County fell by $192,500 while total sales decreased by 3.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 87 homes sold, with a median sale price of $807,500 - a 19.3% decrease over the $1,000,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 90 homes sold in Hinsdale in the third quarter of 2017.
