Wheaton home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Wheaton fell by $23,000 while total sales decreased by 46.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $269,000 - a 7.9% decrease over the $292,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 133 homes sold in Wheaton in the first quarter of 2017.
