West Chicago home prices fall in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in West Chicago fell by $74,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $201,000 - a 26.9% decrease over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in West Chicago in January 2018.
