Aurora (DuPage County) home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Aurora in DuPage County rose by $500 while total sales decreased by 13.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,500 - a 0.2% increase over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in Aurora in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,688.90, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
