Roselle (DuPage County) home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Roselle in DuPage County fell by $1,950 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $234,500 - a 0.8% decrease over the $236,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Roselle in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Roselle for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,880.70, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
