West Chicago home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in West Chicago fell by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 19.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 7.5% decrease over the $232,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in West Chicago in August 2017.
