Glenbard South home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Glenbard South rose by $52,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $362,000 - a 16.8% increase over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Glenbard South in August 2017.
