Aurora (DuPage County) home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Aurora in DuPage County rose by $23,500 while total sales increased by 2.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 121 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 10.9% increase over the $216,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 118 homes sold in Aurora in July 2017.
