Lombard home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Lombard rose by $6,800 while total sales increased by 13.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 93 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 2.9% increase over the $238,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 82 homes sold in Lombard in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Lombard for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,641.60, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
